If you are interested, please

1. Have the group leader fill out the application form and prepare a copy of the transcript, both remarked with the name and SID at the end of the file name.
2. Send the completed form to the office (hytu@mx.nthu.edu.tw) within the given time period.

Upon receiving the confirmation email, the grouop can independently schedule and hold meetings during the current semester.

Please take note of the following:

• Leaders shall proactively submit the attendance sheet after the last gathering. The office will NOT provide reminders to submit the Attendance Sheet.
• Failure to submit the attendance sheet before the end of the semester (the first day of Summer/Winter Holidays) or not meeting the required number of meetings will both be considered as not meeting the criteria for group establishment.
