Dear Soon-to-be Graduates,

To save your time and avoid unnecessary travel, the graduation clearance process is now fully conducted online. After finalizing all grades in your final semester on the Academic System, you can start your graduation clearance process.

The 4th step including the departmental review. To ensure the department-level clearance process proceeds smoothly, please complete the e-form at https://forms.gle/4nRR8oyw6zKf7ERTA. After you submit it, please wait for the review to be completed.

You can later check the clearance status in the NTHU Academic Information System. A green light appears in the column of the department procedure, indicating that phase clearance has been completed.  

If there is no updation within 3 days, please inform the officer of your submission.

Please note that the last day to complete the graduation clearance process in the 2026 spring semester is Sep 4.
