The awardees are requested to visit the office located in Engineering Building I, Room 306, to sign the receipts before Nov 22 (office hours are 9AM to 12PM and 2PM to 5PM); 

and the award ceremony will take place during the IPEET's 2nd Lunch Hangout with Advisors for the Fall 2024 semester, which is expected to be held before the final exam week.
